The Venue
Set in a converted Victorian printworks in Borough, South London, The Ministry immediately felt like the perfect place to celebrate with all of you. As an added bonus, it’s the sister venue of The Ministry of Sound—see you on the dancefloor! 🪩
Our Story
Seven years ago, we met in the most conventional way possible, on Hinge (obviously). Fast forward, and Dave brought Loki the dog into Alice’s life, while Alice arrived with Oscar. Since then, we’ve welcomed two more beautiful babies, navigated lockdown, tackled a house renovation, both switched careers, and somehow still like each other enough to get married.
Now feels like the right time to make it official, and we’re so happy you’re here to celebrate with us!
Getting There
The Ministry is conveniently located, with Borough tube station just a 5-minute walk away and Elephant and Castle 7 minutes on foot. For train connections, Waterloo East is a 17-minute walk, while Elephant and Castle station is only 7 minutes away.

Are children invited to the wedding?We’ve decided to keep our wedding an adults-only celebration, with the exception of close family members.

Is parking available?As the venue is in central London, parking is incredibly limited. We recommend using public transport where possible to make your journey easier.

Can I bring a plus one?We kindly ask that only those named on the message attend. Thank you for understanding as we keep our celebration intimate. If you are unsure please check with us.
